Firstsource has integrated climate considerations into its corporate governance for effective decision-making to manage climate impacts on our operations and value chain. We have strengthened our ESG governance, which includes climate governance in the last two years by implementing clear policies, forming dedicated committees, and establishing transparent reporting mechanisms. Our governance structure ensures accountability at all levels of the company. [...] Our climate governance is part of Firstsource's broader ESG governance framework with climate-related roles and responsibilities assigned at each level. We encourage accountability throughout the company starting from the top leadership. Our Board of Directors have the highest level of executive oversight for the company. The Board level Risk Management Committee frequently reviews all matters of ESG, which includes climate risks and opportunities as part of its regular agenda. We conduct regular reviews and monitor our engagements with industry/trade associations to ensure alignment with our climate goals. We believe in being transparent about our climate-related activities and hence climate-related disclosures are also made available in our annual Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Report. Governance** To ensure alignment between our climate-related positions and those of our industry/trade associations, we have established a comprehensive management framework, Where the ESG team collates and analyses relevant information from all regions globally. Departments which are dealing with the industry/trade associations are held accountable for managing their interactions. We are in the process of mapping the climate goals of our industry/trade associations and aligning them with our goals. This structure helps us maintain consistency and due diligence across all engagements. [...] **6. Actions to address non-alignment** We recognize the importance of addressing any identified non-alignment with our climate goals or advocacy positions. To ensure alignment, the company conducts an annual review and updates its actions accordingly, along with important decisions discussed with internal stakeholders involved with industry/trade associations. If non-alignment is identified, we would emphasize our climate policy and positioning, along with encouraging them to align with the Paris Agreement, which we follow. And engage in independent advocacy where necessary.

In order to ensure effective supervision and responsibility for ESG matters, we have broadened the scope of the Risk Management Committee to encompass ESG responsibilities. The committee offers guidance and oversees Firstsource's ESG strategy, plans and performance. Additionally, it provides guidance to management in implementing initiatives that nurture integrated thinking within our organizational culture and promotes the principle of 'doing well by doing good.' [...] The Risk Management Committee receives assistance from a Steering Committee, which includes members from the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and key senior business leaders representing various functional domains. This Steering Committee has the responsibility of operationalizing ESG strategy and monitoring the advancement of associated action plans and performance metrics. Furthermore, the Working Groups led by functional heads are established to focus on the implementation of specific initiatives and projects in alignment with our ESG strategy and roadmap. 'ESG Lead' was founded as a new position by Firstsource with the primary objective of spearheading ESG initiatives within the organization. This role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment among various functional teams. The ESG Lead acts as a crucial link, facilitating seamless interconnection within our governance ecosystem.
