Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]In Derichebourg Multiservices, the main governance of the climate change strategy is the CSR committee. Set up in 2018, the Group CSR Committee is chaired by our CSR head manager and its permanent members include the people responsible for each priority on our road map "Concrètement Responsible": CSR Head Manager, HR Head Manager, Chief administrative officer, CFO and QHSE Head Manager. The Committee's role is to validate strategic decisions relating to the CSR road map, monitor developments and adjust its priorities in line with changes in the company's operating environment. It meets at least twice a year. Our CSR committee members take part to the executive committee, which is reunited five times a year. During those meeting, our CSR Head Manager reports our actions according to, our goals and our road map but also all the related climate issues.
