The Company's Board of Directors has responsibility for the oversight of the risk management framework. The Company's inter-department management and committee, which consists of managers from all departments, is responsible for monitoring the Company's risk management policies and reports regularly to the Board of Directors on its activities. [...] The Company's supervisors and Audit Committee oversee how management monitors compliance with the Company's risk management policies and procedures and reviews the adequacy of the risk management framework in relation to the risk faced by the Company. The Company's supervisors and Audit Committee are assisted in its oversight role by the internal auditor. The internal auditor reviews the risk controls and procedures, and reports the results on a regular or irregular basis to the supervisors and Audit Committee.
