##### Our Management System and Process on trade association assessment

To transform GPSC's portfolio into green with the responsibility to the sustainable business, GPSC contributes to various trade associations with anticipation to participate in promoting and accommodating the policies, laws and regulations, and procedures that involve the GPSC's business accordingly. Altogether with the encouragement for climate action through other organizations, the contribution of trade associations can accelerate the sustainability movement toward the Paris Agreement target that covers all implementation across the country.

In this case, GPSC's governance structure of climate change has acknowledged and conducted the review and assessment of trade association memberships and the climate-related lobbying activities  of which GPSC should contribute regarding the commitments, interests, and policies of GPSC. Especially the trade association of which the GPSC's position aligned within the climate change direction and Paris Agreement contexts. This can ensure that trade associations and GPSC's commitment with respect to the internal climate change policy can be consistent from the outcome and implementation perspectives.

Ensuring that the trade association contribution and GPSC's commitment has been resulted in the satisfied goal of the Paris Agreement and avoiding the inconsistent practice, GPSC establishes the reviewing, monitoring, and framework for addressing misalignments as part of the climate change management.

###### Reviewing

GPSC reviews the trade associations, the climate-related lobbying activities, and commitments in line with the policies, interests, targets, positions, and implementation plans of GPSC. In essence, GPSC considers the best suit of trade associations for the contribution through the committee which is the executive level of GPSC. The decision in accordance with the participation in trade association has based on the alignment of GPSC's position and trade association target as criteria.

###### Monitoring

The existed results and progress are reviewed to ensure an alignment from the contribution for those trade associations which GPSC already have supported. GPSC review the position of the interest trade associations upon contribution and support. GPSC monitors to ensure an alignment regarding the practice of trade association and their actual outcome whether the results are aligned the with the target. The results are reported to the GPSC's governance structure on climate change group. The progress and status on trade association are monitored regularly at monthly basis.

###### Framework for Misalignment Position

Regarding the monitoring process for the progress and outcome of trade association, GPSC will be tracking the progress to check the status whether it is aligned with the GPSC position or not and be sharing with the internal to decide the contribution and support from GPSC.

For those trade associations which are not aligned with company direction, GPSC will be considering to decide whether GPSC have to distancing the company from the misalignment, engage to negotiate direction, or leave the trade association. These are the basis practice that will be conducted in case trade associations and GPSC are not aligned.
