Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]We have an exclusion policy which prevents us from operating nor investing in operations in any industry that goes against our overall climate change strategy, such as the mining of fossil fuels or any activity that compromises endangered or protected wildlife or wildlife products. Our General Counsel also sits on the BVCA Responsible Investment Advisory Group which brings together investors, intermediaries and sustainability/responsible investment practitioners recognised for their excellence, experience, insight and ability to provide strategic guidance to the BVCA. This engagement is consistent with our overall climate change strategy which recognises the importance of integrating consideration of climate-related factors throughout the investment process.

Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]We have held a seat on the BVCA's Responsible Investment Advisory Group (RIAG) since 2018. This group assists the BVCA - an industry representative body - in providing practical advice and strategic guidance to its members to help them incorporate ESG considerations into their business decisions. The group is also involved in lobbying/policy consultation for the UK and Europe and feeds into a number of papers including 'TCFD Implementation Considerations for Private Equity' in collaboration with KPMG and iCI. As we hold a seat in this group and are members of the BVCA we ensure that Molten's input is consistent with what we do on an individual basis and within our Climate Strategy commitments. Molten was also involved in feeding into the UN PRI Due Diligence Questionnaire as part of a working group, ensuring that direction of travel for this piece of work was consistent with our individual positioning, as presented in our Climate Strategy and portfolio engagement efforts.
