JTC PLC does not disclose any governance process for its lobbying activities, whether direct or indirect. At the board level, “the Governance & Risk Committee… took on responsibility for oversight of risk at a Group level, as well as providing guidance on our sustainability journey,” but this remit pertains to “sustainability related considerations” rather than managing or aligning lobbying.
