Any Complaints, issues and concerns that are received under the Code of Conduct framework are duly investigated by the Company's Ombudsman, and reviewed by the Chairman on a regular basis. Appropriate action is taken after the review of the investigation. The Chairman, through the Intellect Executive Council (IEC), is responsible for ensuring that the Code is understood and implemented throughout the Company.
