Ingersoll Rand partners with Department of Energy (DOE) - Better Plants Program and the DOE Climate challenge. We have publically committed to the DOE Better Plants program for 50% GHG reduction in 10 years and 10% reduction in Energy Intensity. IR received DOE's Better Practice Award with HARP III for innovative and industry-leading accomplishments in implementing and promoting practices, principles and procedures of energy management. For our commitment to the DOE Climate challenge we have committed to climate transparency and learnings which are shared with this select group of companies.
