Every co-worker has signed its Code of Conduct and taken part in its training program. There are no significant differences between Clas Ohlson's lobbying positions and the policies of Clas Ohlson, its sustainability goals or other public positions. All positions are signed off by the HR and Sustainability Director, General Counsel (CSO) and/or Director of Purchasing and Product Development to secure alignment between the company's strategy and positions.
Clas Ohlson does not make political contributions, including donations to politicians or political parties. As outlined in the Code of Ethics, Clas Ohlson observes neutrality regarding political parties and candidates. Neither the Clas Ohlson name nor any resources controlled by the company may be used to promote the interests of political parties or candidates. Awareness-raising on the Clas Ohlson position on political involvement is part of ethics training.
