Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]For the reporting year, we do not have an active partnership with trade associations that can influence policy, law or regulation but this 2022, discussions are currently ongoing for partnership/information sharing for some of these trade associations so Concentrix can be more involved in pushing policy changes especially in countries where renewable energy options are limited.

Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]Any non-government organization partnership or "support" type of agreement undergoes a pre-selection process under the Global Sustainability Team to make sure that it is aligned with our key environmental commitments on climate, waste and ecosystems. The objective is to select the best partner that will have the scale and pathway that will enable the company to achieve any of its environmental goals declared in the sustainability report or the overarching carbon reduction strategy and goal.
