The company describes that “Hållbarhetsrelaterade risker ... är en integrerad del i Cints hållbarhetsaktiviteter” and that “Hållbarhetsutskottet är ansvarig för identifiering, hantering och åtgärder kopplade till hållbarhetsrelaterade risker,” highlighting its oversight of sustainability issues. Similarly, it states that “Styrelsen är ytterst ansvarig för att besluta om Cints hållbarhetsstrategi” and that “VD har det övergripande ansvaret för Cints hållbarhetsresultat.” However, we found no evidence of any process, policy or individual responsible for overseeing or aligning lobbying activities, direct or indirect, with the company’s climate or sustainability goals, nor any description of monitoring or management of lobbying engagements.
