###### QA&RA委員会の設立

当社では、2023年4月に、社外取締役で構成される任
意の委員会であるQA&RA委員会を取締役会傘下に
設置しました。月に1度、この委員会においてQARA、
R&D、Legal、Supply Chain等の関連機能が報告を
行います。QA&RA委員会は、各国の医療機器規制当
局の期待に応え、関連する法規制を確実に遵守するた
めに、グローバル品質マネジメントシステムの構築に
関して監督・助言することを目的としています.

活動内容

以下の事項について、決定または審議し、取締役会に当該事
項の報告を適宜行います.

1)グローバル・メドテックカンパニーに求められる品質管理
システムおよびその評価管理プロセス構築の監督・助言
2)規制当局とのコミュニケーションにかかる監督・助言
3) QARA分野の計画と実行に関して、経営資源と注力分野
についての勧告
4)上記のほかQARAに関し、取締役会から諮問を受けた事
項および委員会が必要と認めた事項
