Swiss Prime Site AG outlines a detailed sustainability governance structure, stating that “the Sustainability Committee… is mainly responsible for the sustainability strategy (principles, goals and initiatives), the management of climate-related opportunities and risks,” and describing how the “Head Group Sustainability… plays a crucial role in ensuring that non-financial success factors and risks are reflected in our business model.” The company also notes that “the Green Finance Committee… is responsible for evaluating the project portfolio as well as allocating, monitoring and reporting on funds in close coordination with various operational units.” However, we found no evidence of any governance process specifically overseeing lobbying activities, direct or indirect, or of any framework for monitoring or aligning lobbying with the company’s climate-related objectives.
