The Board of Directors examines the Group's CSR and climate targets and reviews its performance on an annual basis. The Executive committee ensures the execution of this strategy. The fact that GTT is a relatively small company (average workforce around 550 persons), and that membership of any professional organisation is validated by the Executive Committee, ensures that GTT engagement activities are consistent with its overall climate strategy.
