Our Sustainability Committee consists of a diverse group of leaders from each department including our Senior Vice President, Energy and Sustainability. The committee is chaired by Gage Johnson, our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and operates under a formal charter, reporting on a regular basis to our Audit Committee, which the Board has vested with oversight responsibility for all environmental and social matters, including sustainability, climate change, corporate social responsibility, and health and safety. While our annual Sustainability Report or ESG Report may report on governance matters as well, these are overseen by our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]Paramount's Board of Directors vested the Audit Committee with oversight over Environmental and Social matters and considers climate-related issues when reviewing financial statements and disclosures. The Audit Committee is responsible for assessing and managing climate-related risks and opportunities. The Audit Committee also maintains oversight of Paramount's Sustainability Committee, which was created to implement Paramount's ESG goals, including our climate change strategy, and ensure they are fully integrated into our business strategy. The Sustainability Committee is chaired by Gage Johnson, Paramount's General Counsel, and also has management-level representation across all departments of the organization, including Finance, Legal, Leasing, Human Resources, Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Property Management.
Since decision making over both Environmental and Social matters and political engagement activities fall within the same governing structure, this ensures that political engagement activities are aligned with the Company's overall climate change strategy.
Additionally, stakeholder engagement is critical to ensuring that our engagement activities are consistent with the Company's climate change strategy. We seek to provide the utmost transparency and establish strong lines of communication with all our stakeholders. Stakeholders are defined as those groups who both influence and are influenced by our business, including Paramount's Board of Directors, community members, employees, investors, suppliers, and tenants. Through active engagement with our stakeholders, we ensure there is alignment between engagement activities and climate strategies.
As the Company's climate-related strategy evolves over time, our organization is deliberate in participating in engagement activities that are consistent with the objectives we have prioritized.
