CIE Automotive's ESG Committee is responsible for review, oversight, compliance monitoring, and evaluation of results for this ESG Policy, and it has delegated the performance monitoring work for application of this policy's principles to the ESG Cross-Group Committee. Supervision of ESG and sustainability management falls to the Board of Director's ESG Committee, which delegates oversight of application of the principles in the Cross-Group ESG Committee. This monitoring process takes the form of 79 ESG indicators that measure performance in different areas. The KPIs are in turn included in each factory's management plans and are used to track delivery of the sustainability aspects of the 2025 Strategic Plan.
