Lobbying Governance

Pandox outlines a structured sustainability governance framework, with the Board of Directors bearing “overall responsibility for the strategic focus of sustainability and climate work” and an SVP, Director of Sustainable Business convening a Sustainability Committee that “addresses ongoing issues and decisions relating to sustainability work.” In terms of aligning its indirect lobbying through trade associations and initiatives, Pandox states that it “takes part in associations and initiatives compatible with Pandox's climate and sustainability strategy” and “continuously evaluates whether or not they should continue taking part in an association's work by evaluating its aspirations, methods, and results reached by their engagement.” While this demonstrates a clear mechanism to review and manage its association memberships against climate commitments, we found no evidence of a parallel process governing its direct lobbying activities, nor any disclosure of specific board sign-off or a named individual formally overseeing the alignment of political advocacy with its climate policy.
