The Board of Directors and/or the Executive Committee (i) assesses changes to sustainability-related aspects of the strategy and business model and (ii) identifies and assesses material risks, opportunities and impacts. Material topics like energy transition, greenhouse gas emissions, and Occupational Health and Safety are discussed at least twice a year, and sometimes at every Board meeting, fostering ongoing development of the Board's knowledge and skills in these areas.
