AVI Ltd does not disclose any governance processes for its lobbying activities. The only oversight described is that “The Social and Ethics Committee assists the Board in the following matters: - Monitoring the Company’s activities with regard to social and economic development; good corporate citizenship; the environment, health and public safety; consumer relationships; and labour and employment,” and that “The Social and Ethics Committee discharged the functions ascribed to it in terms of the Companies Act.
