In addition, voestalpine is not only represented on a wide variety of bodies serving advocacy groups, trade associations, and lobbying campaigns, it also presents the company's concerns to these bodies. voestalpine also supports platforms and initiatives that promote sustainable development. We regularly engage with a very wide range of stakeholder groups through our Management Board as well as our executive and non-executive personnel. Numerous formats such as shop talks and expert roundtables, conferences and trade shows as well as analyst and investor meetings are used to this end. In addition, voestalpine is not only represented on a wide variety of bodies serving advocacy groups, trade associations, and lobbying campaigns, it also presents the company's concerns to these bodies. This guarantees a consistent and coherent view and approach of voestalpine what regards all climate change and energy related issues.
All climate change related issues are furthermore discussed and coordinated within the CO2-core team, in which the relevant group companies take part and contribute actively. The results are constantly reported and approved by voestalpine's board.
The head of the department for strategic environmental management meets regularly with members of voestalpine's board in order to ensure a consitent climate change strategy over all group companies.
