Digital Garage Inc has established a process whereby "The Group reports policies, progress, and initiatives regarding sustainability, including responses to climate change, to the Executive Management Committee and the Board of Directors through the Sustainability Committee, which is headed by the President CEO" and states that "The Board of Directors oversees the Group’s sustainability initiatives, including its response to climate change," with the Sustainability Management Office and the Risk Management Office working together to identify and manage climate risks. However, we found no evidence of any governance process for lobbying, either direct or indirect, such as policies, oversight structures, monitoring procedures, or mechanisms to ensure alignment of its lobbying activities with its climate policy goals.
