Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]Record's climate change strategy includes four pillars, one of which relates to climate-related engagement with our stakeholders. Record believes in enhancing climate action through stakeholder engagement, accelerating the transition to climate resilience within our own organisation as well as within the wider society. As such, we are members of various different standards and principles, including the UN PRI and the Investment Association. Through these relationships, we engage indirectly with policy makers and trade associations through funding raised from our membership fees. For instance, the Investment Association was a strong advocate and supporter for making the TCFD a regulatory reporting requirement in the UK. Whilst all of our engagement activities are in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement, we don't have a public position statement on this and aim to publish one in the next two years. Senior Sustainability Office is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Record's sustainability strategy, which includes the coordination and alignment of our engagements with our position on climate change.
