Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]There are many external engagement and membership activities we undertake at Coloplast year round that contributes to our climate ambitions and the Paris agreement. An example could be our contribution to the UN Global Compact, Dansk Industri and The Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI). One thing we look out for in all these activities is to make sure our foundational reasons align with the objectives of the said membership or engagement. And this is with the aim of working to achieve the global climate goals that are aligned with the 1.5C as agreed in the Paris agreement. PSCI helps us together with our industry colleagues use our supplier sustainability program as an enabler in achieving our emission targets.
