The disclosures detail that the “E&S officer will submit the ESMS compliance report to CEO,” and that the CEO will “report to the Board of Directors through the Executive Committee,” but these refer solely to environmental and social performance rather than lobbying oversight. Furthermore, the company explicitly responded “No, and we do not plan to have one in the next two years” when asked about a public commitment to align engagement activities with the goals of the Paris Agreement, indicating an absence of any climate-lobbying governance or alignment process.
