### 2.Sustainability Governance
**Sustainability Board Committee – The Sustainability Board committee is the apex body which** approves the Sustainability Policy and provides inputs into the Sustainability agenda that will steer the bank towards an inclusive transition that will enable AU Small Finance Bank to be a sustainable banking institution. The Committee is comprised of Board Directors, both Independent and Executive.
**Sustainability Steering Committee - To further strengthen our focus on ESG and execute** sustainability initiatives across various functions, we have established a Sustainability Steering committee, which is a management level committee comprising of CXOs and Business Heads across major functions at the Bank, chaired by the MD & CEO.
**Core Sustainability Team – The Core Sustainability Team is responsible for the formulation of the** Sustainability Policy, Sustainability framework, Disclosures on ESG and other Regulatory platforms as required, Sustainability reporting, capability building of stakeholders and driving the Sustainability agenda across the organization in line with inputs from Board committee and Steering Committee. Currently Core-team comprises of Head Sustainability, Lead Sustainability & Partner Sustainability.
