1. The ESG Committee reports to the BOD on environmental matters. The ESG Committee meets semi-annually and is responsible for overall sustainability strategies of Wistron and sets short-, medium-, and long-term goals. It also formulates related management policies, implements detailed action plans, and regularly reports the results to the BOD.
2. The teams of sustainability initiative report to Advisory board on executions. The Advisory board and Sustainability Office under ESG Committee meets monthly and makes recommendations on our sustainability initiatives which including leaders and team members from Decabonization, Green products, Recycling and Sustainable supply case,...etc. For instance, the Advisory board and Sustainability Office recommended that Decarbonization team acquires renewable energy in relevant market with the goal of reaching 100% renewable energy adoption by 2030, and proposed Wistron's current 2022 environmental goals and mid-term goals by 2025.
