The Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee (Setco) oversees the Group's Sustainability Strategy in line with its Terms of Reference¹. In line with this decision, the Group Human Capital and Sustainability Executive Director oversees the Group's sustainability function. This includes all elements of sustainability, including integrating the various components of the Sustainability Strategy. In line with this decision, the Group Human Capital and Sustainability Executive Director oversees the Group's sustainability function. This includes all elements of sustainability, including integrating the various components of the Sustainability Strategy. [...] In addition to the role of Setco, other Board committees also play a role in the oversight of matters relevant to sustainability. This includes the Nomination and Governance Committee, which is responsible for the ethics and governance of the Board and its individual members. The Risk Committee plays an important role to understand the Group's environmental risks. The Remuneration Committee (in consultation with Setco) sets and monitors the ESG-related key performance indicators for the Group's senior management short-term incentive plan. To assist in driving the ESG objective, ESG has been included as a key performance indicator (KPI) for the Reunert short-term incentive to all senior management across the Group (refer to page 118).
