Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]We handle our overall climate change strategy at Safety and Environment Committee(SEC), which is chaired by the company president. When our staff receive the information about activities and contents of law and regulations related to climate change from JSA, it is shared with the relevant departments (the Safety & Environment Office, Marine Department, Shipping Business Department, Real Estate Department, Legal & Insurance Section, Ship Management Company, and Office building Management Company etc). Then these matters to be discussed at SEC and the decision on countermeasures to be made there. Through this process, we ensure that our both direct and indirect activities that influence policy are consistent with our overall climate change strategy. Policy proposal made by JSA is basically helpful in terms of our shipping industry's benefit. So we are agreement with their policy.

Then these matters to be discussed at SEC and the decision on countermeasures to be made there.
