The company also has a net zero ambition for its
operations until 2030. During the year the company has developed a sustainable portfolio KPI to follow the progress of solutions we believe contribute to climate change mitigation. During 2020 we set a scope 1 and 2 emission target aimed at reducing emissions by 50% by 2025 (including contributions from acquisitions made in 2015–2019). The plan is to develop a scope 3 reduction target connected to product use during 2022. During 2021 the company has set a target to reduce consumption of HFC gases by 70% by 2025 (base year 2019). The company's strategy together values, policy's and targets are communicated to employees. The company expects all employees to act according in support of strategy, policies, values and targets.

The Board of Directors is tasked with identifying how sustainability issues impact risks to, and business opportunities for, the company and defining appropriate guidelines to govern the company's conduct in society with the aim of ensuring its long-term value creation capability.
