Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]DRT has quarterly meetings with all departments (i.e., Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Human Resources, etc.) during which all sustainability aspects, including climate change, are reviewed. This meeting provides the opportunity to share updates, including those around activities that influence climate-related policy, and ensure consistency with DRT's climate change and CSR strategy. Our Director of CSR and Institutional Relations is primarily responsible for DRT's overall climate change and CSR strategy. The Director of CSR and Institutional Relations first gains a deep understanding of any potential direct or indirect activities that DRT may pursue involvement in. After understanding the goals and potential outcomes of the various activities, the Director of CSR and Institutional Relations determines whether the activities are properly aligned with our overall climate change and CSR strategy. If activities are aligned, activities will be approved and documented. The Director of CSR and Institutional Relations is also responsible for our participation with these organizations and in some cases directly influences their strategies by sitting on the board of these organizations, thus ensuring that their policies are consistent with DRT's. For activities that do not align with our strategy, the Director of CSR and Institutional Relations declines to participate. In addition, our EH&S Management Program provides structure around our climate change and CSR strategy and CAPEX approvals through dedicated action plans to reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions. For example, a CPP project was implemented to reduce energy and water usage at our Vielle Saint Girons site through this program. We have also obtained ISO 50001 certification for our energy management system at some of our most energy intensive sites located in Castets and Vielle Saint Girons, France as well as Rincon, Georgia, USA.
