Steering Committee- consists of a Board of directors and the role of this committee is to provide direction, mobilize and approve resources
Working Pillar - Consists of process heads and leaders and the role for this committee is to provide domain and functional expertise
Working Group - consists of working teams and their role is to monitor and work on projects, and initiatives at all locations.
Review Mechanism in place to meet - Once in a 4 months
- Organization has taken up a Target of following a pathway of 1.5 Deg Celcius.
- Organization has declared a target of - Rethinking and transforming full value chains to create a system in which waste is designed out entirely
- Water Stewardship-Bringing positive impact on organization and society
- Diverse workplace and leverage the effects of diversity to achieve a competitive business advantage

- Committed to SBTi for setting targets in line with climate science
- Goals on Climate change, water stewardship, Waste Management, Diversity, and inclusion
- Completed LCA for 40 products
- Committed to Comply with RSPO
- Continue to Engage with various stakeholders
- Continue to influence and collaborate with suppliers and customers
The organization has an SDM for Process and then it is cascaded and executed through the KRA framework. KRA's are drafted and communicated to all the employees. KRA's are set at the beginning of the year and these KRA's are BALANCED ones.
These KRA's captures GOALS On:-
Financial Objectives, Internal Customers, Customers, Learning, and Growth.
