Board/ Board Level Committee will oversee all the activities related to SD projects/ Activities. The Board/ Board Level Committee on SD will be headed by Independent Director as its Chairman. The Board/ Board Level Committee will monitor and review the SD projects on a quarterly basis or at different frequencies depending upon the nature of the performance indicators.
