Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]Chicony Power has a Sustainability Committee under the Board of Directors, the highest governing body responsible for climate issues. The chairman is the chairman, the general manager is the deputy chairman, and three independent directors are members. Each of the six groups under the Sustainability Council is responsible for their respective climate issues. Among them, "Environmental Protection" and "Corporate Governance" combine the company's day-to-day management activities on climate change and energy issues and examine the quality and effectiveness of their execution. Report to the committee regularly throughout the year. To proactively address climate issues, we have established an interagency climate change working group in 2021 to identify climate risks and assess and respond to climate shocks in all areas of responsibility. In the future, it is expected that relevant information will be reported to the Sustainability Committee on an annual basis.
