BP Plastics Holding Bhd discloses a detailed sustainability governance structure, noting that “the Board retains the role of main steward and holds overall accountability, oversight and review of the Group’s sustainability matters” through delegation to its BRMC and MRMC, which “will conduct periodic Risk and Sustainability assessments, which will be compiled and tabulated for reporting to the BRMC.” However, we found no evidence of any governance process or committee specifically overseeing lobbying activities, nor any mention of mechanisms to align either direct or indirect lobbying with climate or policy objectives.
