Political Donations: Gentherm does not donate to or allow the use of company funds to specifically support political purposes. That being said, when one or more employees advocate to join an organization, the leader of the department with the anticipated budget responsibility for the organization 's membership fee would make an evaluation on his or her own as to whether or not the group has values which are in relative alignment with Gentherm's. And with it have been publicly stated that ESG is a core principle of Gentherm, it's exoected the leader can be relied upon to either approve or deny organizational membership based on a deep understanding of Gentherm's values.
