Bachem takes responsibility not only for its own operations, but also engages with its stakeholders and providers to encourage and cooperate on climate action. Therefore, Bachem seeks cooperation with organizations in which there is a mutual benefit and alignment on climate change. The processes to ensure these indirect engagements are consistent with Bachem's climate strategy include conducting a stakeholder analysis of each entity and evaluating the mutual benefit of these engagements. All involvement in such activities goes through an internal approval process led by the CTO; for activities that do not align with Bachem's strategy, the CTO makes the decision to decline to participate.
