At an executive level, the Lynas Leadership Team is responsible for ESG strategy and oversight including:

###### › The development and implementation of the Greenhouse Gas Policy. › Overseeing Climate-related strategies, progress and reporting. › Leading Climate-related projects and external engagement, including with customers, partners and suppliers.

Following confirmation of Lynas' commitment to the Science-Based Targets initiative, we are working to develop sciencebased GHG reduction targets in line with SBTi criteria, with the objective of limiting the global temperature increase to well-below 2°C. We will announce the new targets once they have been officially validated by the SBTi.
