Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]Our primary process for ensuring that our engagement activities are consistent with our overall climate change strategy is to limit the number of engagements and the people taking part in them. We mainly engage through our industry association, and beyond that we take a position in organizations that are clearly pro-Paris Agreement, i.e. as an organization we are very much in favour of delivering on the Paris Agreement and our climate-related ambitions and targets are aligned with this, and so we only seek to engage with organizations that also promote such an agenda. For example, we are active members of the regional "climate roadmap" organization - LFM30 - which gathers many companies in the contruction & real estate sector who actively wish to work towards a net-zero climate impact in the value chain. Also, there are only a few prominent people in our organization that take part in such engagement - this includes mainly our CEO and members of the group management team along with certain specialists in our Sustainable Business function. Given that Wihlborgs is a relatively small company with around 250 employees, there is a high level of informal control and a strong corporate culture that keeps all employees aligned with the overall climate change agenda of our company.
