The Board of Directors at Arvind has constituted various Board Committees – Stakeholder's Relationship Committee; Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, etc. Meetings of these Committees are convened by the respective Committee Chairman/Company Secretary. The various Board Committees receive their inputs based on interactions between the stakeholders and our various departments. These departments engage with the stakeholders as mentioned in Question 2 of Principle 4. The feedback of these discussions is provided to the Board by placing the meeting minutes of these Committees before the Directors for their perusal and noting.

Be it new collaborations, adoption of new initiatives, or progress on our climate journey, these key aspects are briefed to the leadership & assessed in accordance with our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Likewise, the ESG committee also looks after the pertinent ESG issues under which climate risk & opportunity are covered.
Due to these processes & oversight in place, all of our business divisions across geographies have a common approach that is also consistent with Arvind's strategy on climate change.
