BNPP Bank Polska SA describes a comprehensive structure for ESG oversight, noting that "Oversight of environmental, social and governance – ESG issues and the implementation of the strategic sustainability goals included in the GObeyond strategy is carried out by the Management Board, led by the CEO" and that "The Sustainability Area was created in 2022 to coordinate sustainability tasks," with the Executive Director of the Area reporting directly to the CEO. It further explains that "The main policies, procedures and other documents governing due diligence issues related to ESG aspects at Group and Bank level are approved by the Management Board through an appropriate resolution." However, these disclosures focus entirely on sustainability governance and due diligence, and we found no evidence of any governance process for direct or indirect lobbying alignment, nor any mention of a policy, individual, or committee responsible for overseeing or monitoring lobbying or public-policy engagements.
