It does, however, have representation resources and presence in professional associations in its key countries. Thus, for instance, Teleperformance SE is a member of the Association des Entreprises Privées(AFEP). Teleperformance France is an active member of SP2C. This union is managed by a board of directors, of which Teleperformance France is a member. Decisions are taken by an absolute majority of the members. The Chief Executive Officer of 11 Teleperformance France sits on the board. The admission of new members is decided by the Board of Directors by a three-quarters majority of the members present and represented. In addition, on an operating level, a social commission as well as a regulatory affairs commission meet very regularly throughout the year. Teleperformance France is represented on these commissions by its Human Resources Director or Social Affairs Director and its Legal Director, respectively. They ensure that the positions taken are in line with Teleperformance's ESG objectives. Resignation from the union is possible at any time and takes effect after a threemonth notice period.
