Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust has established a Board Sustainability Committee since 2021 that “provides strategic oversight and reviews CEREIT’s sustainability performance at least half-yearly” and has delegated operational leadership to a Manager-level Sustainability Committee that “monitors the effectiveness of the Manager’s ESG and Net Zero Strategies” and reports to the board, but we found no evidence of any framework, policy, or individual overseeing the company’s direct or indirect lobbying activities or ensuring alignment of lobbying with its climate or sustainability objectives.
